• Messages and attachments you send us on WhatsApp or email in connection with your registration or payment.
• Technical data such as browser type and approximate location derived from standard server logs.

How we use information

We use this information to run events, match your payment proof to your registration, communicate with you, improve our website, and comply with the law. We do not sell your personal information.

Payment proof

When you send payment proof by WhatsApp or email, we use it only to verify your payment and update your registration. Please do not share sensitive information beyond what is needed to confirm your transfer (amount, date, reference, and event details). We retain proof only as long as needed for registration, accounting, and dispute resolution.

Storage and security

Data is stored using reputable service providers (including hosting and database services). Messages on WhatsApp are subject to WhatsApp's own terms and privacy practices. We take reasonable steps to protect your information; no online service can guarantee perfect security.
