Refund & Return Policy

This policy describes refunds and cancellations for paid race registrations and similar services offered by Islamabad Running Club ("IRC", "we"). Payments are made by bank transfer to IRC account details shown on the site; we do not process card payments through an online gateway. Please read this together with our Terms and Conditions and Service Policy.

Before your payment is confirmed

If you have registered but not yet had your bank transfer confirmed by IRC, contact us as soon as possible. If you paid by mistake or no longer wish to take part, we may cancel the pending registration without charge, subject to any event-specific rules.

Event cancellations by IRC

If we cancel an event for which you have paid and your payment has been confirmed, we will offer a refund to the account you paid from or a transfer to a comparable future event, in line with the options communicated at the time of cancellation.

Participant withdrawals

If you withdraw from an event after your payment has been confirmed, eligibility for a refund or credit depends on the specific event rules published on the event page and how far in advance you notify us. Where no specific rule is stated, decisions are made reasonably and in line with operational costs already incurred.

How to request a refund

Contact us on WhatsApp (+92 301 8113358) or email islamabadrunningclub@gmail.com with your name, event name, payment proof or reference, and reason for the request. We aim to respond within a reasonable time.
