By using the Islamabad Running Club ("IRC") website or registering for our events, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or register.
Website use
You agree to use the website only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict their use of the site. We may suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect the service or users.
Events and participation
Event participation is at your own risk. You are responsible for your health and fitness to take part. IRC may refuse or cancel a registration where reasonably necessary (for example safety, capacity, or misuse).
Payments
Where fees apply, payment is processed by our third-party gateway. Your use of payment services may be subject to the provider's terms. See our Refund & Return Policy for refunds and cancellations.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, IRC is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the website or participation in events. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
