Service Policy

Islamabad Running Club ("IRC", "we") organises running events and related community activities in Islamabad, Pakistan. This policy explains how our services work and how registration fees are collected. We do not use an online payment gateway on this website.

Registrations and events

When you register for a race or event through this website, we record your registration. Event details, fees, dates, and participation rules are published on the relevant event page and may be updated where reasonably necessary.

How payment works

After you register, we show you IRC's bank account details so you can transfer the registration fee by bank transfer or other method shown on the event page. You are responsible for entering the correct amount and reference information (such as your name and event name) when you pay.

Once you have paid, send your payment proof (for example a screenshot or receipt) to us by WhatsApp (+92 301 8113358) or by email at islamabadrunningclub@gmail.com. Include your full name, the event you registered for, and the date and amount of your transfer.

Confirmation

Your registration is not marked as paid until IRC has reviewed your proof and confirmed receipt of funds. We aim to confirm within a reasonable time during business hours. If we cannot match your payment to your registration, we may contact you for more information.
